The shipping label that was provided with the kit was misplaced or damaged. Are we still able to use this kit for sample collection?
Yes, the kit may still be used for sample collection as normal, provided no other parts have been misplaced or damaged. Please contact us at Support@Biobot.io with your kit ID and organization details so that we may generate a new FedEx shipping label for you.
FedEx will not accept the shipping label that was provided with the kit. Can I still ship this sample?
