Yes. To set up recurring pick-ups, visit biobot.io/pickups. The form linked here allows you to set up one time or recurring pickups at the frequency needed. If you have questions, email support@biobot.io.
How can I adjust my recurring pick-up schedule?
Absolutely! Please contact us at support@Biobot.io with your kit ID and organization details and we'll generate a new FedEx shipping label for you.

The shipping label included with my kit was misplaced or damaged. Can I still use the kit?
Yes. The kit may still be used for sample collection as normal, provided no other parts are missing or damaged. Contact support@biobot.io with your kit ID and organization details and we will generate a new FedEx shipping label for you.
FedEx will not accept the shipping label that came with my kit. Can I still ship this sample?
